university of southern california is on lockdown after a shooting on campus. four people were shot following an argument at a halloween party. one suffered a critical lens and the other three suffering not life-threatening injuries. all four were taken to a local hospital. campus police said two suspects are in custody. police said the shooting victims are not affiliated with usc. >> from the national front and center from north carolina and connecticut are cleaning up after super storm center. the storm has caused more than 70 deaths and left millions without power on the east coast. on the damaged parts of the subway are expected to be routed throughout new york and new jersey. but there will be limited service. states from virginia--from new jersey to west virginia are still cleaning up the damage. >> president obama is expected to resume campaigning to this today. >> of the subway systems are set to open this morning the guardia airport is also expected to open, despite

principal is on trial for failing to report expected child abuse by one for teachers. we have a photograph of the teacher in question. his name is craig chandler. he stands accused of molesting five second graders. prosecutors say the principle by and let it to a mandatory reporting law when she did not go to police after a parent complained about channeler. we are learning more about a costa county jail inmate was found dead in his cell yesterday. he has been identified as oakland president donald re, a cloud. police say he was rested for several clients including suspicion of burglary and violating his probation. a deputy taste him as he began resisting. a few minutes later he was found unresponsive in his cell and taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. the jail was locked down several hours after the incident. the deputies' actions are being investigated.
